About us
Serving Darbhanga since 1991
Iqra Academy, Darbhanga was founded in October 1991 by Er. Md. Khursheed Alam and his colleagues, to impart proper education to children of every section of society without distinction of colour, caste or creed. The word “Iqra” in Arabic means “to read” — and for over three decades the academy has worked at the grass-root level to eradicate illiteracy, with a single goal: quality education at a nominal fee.
